Understand before proposing

We spend the first engagement understanding your environment, your constraints, and what success actually looks like. If we can help, we write a scoped proposal. If we cannot, we say so — and point you at who can.

Phase 02 · Architecture
Design before build

Architecture document, data model, integration map, and a phased backlog — agreed before a line of configuration is written. This document governs the engagement and stays with you at the end.

Phase 03 · Delivery
Two-week sprints, visible progress

Fortnightly sprint cycles with a demo at the end of each. You see working functionality — not status slides. Blockers are raised the moment they are hit, not at the next scheduled check-in.

Phase 04 · Go-live
Launch and stay for the run

Cutover planning, UAT support, hypercare window. Optional post-launch retainer to run and enhance — the same team that built it continues, with no knowledge-transfer overhead.

Every significant design choice is recorded with its rationale. You own that documentation. Any future team can understand and maintain what we built — without needing to come back to us.

We charge for thinking, not just doing

The architecture review, the options analysis, the recommendation — that is the work. Configuration follows the decision. Undervaluing the design phase is how Salesforce orgs become technical debt.

No is a complete answer

If a feature request introduces unnecessary complexity, we will say so and propose the simpler alternative. Saying yes to everything is how Salesforce orgs become unmaintainable.
