Fortnightly sprint cycles with a demo at the end of each. You see working functionality — not status slides. Blockers are raised the moment they are hit, not at the next scheduled check-in.
Cutover planning, UAT support, hypercare window. Optional post-launch retainer to run and enhance — the same team that built it continues, with no knowledge-transfer overhead.
